Job Details:

•  Role Title – Operational Support
•  Perm contract.
• Location - To cover all sites
• Hours Of Work – 5 days per week / 40hrs

Purpose:

To enhance Mrs Bucket’s mobilisation of new clients, delivering excellent service, standards, and product knowledge, ensuring our colleagues receive an efficient, consistent onboarding experience. Responsibilities include fully supporting the mobilisation of new clients, supporting in coaching and upskilling of colleagues, problem solving and escalating concerns in a timely manner, providing solutions. Additionally, support in specialist cleaning opportunities including deep cleans, and supporting where possible.

Responsibilities

• Fully supporting mobilisation of new clients across all divisions including but not limited to; supporting with handover and setup where required, predominantly running cleaning academy, induction, ongoing support and observations.

• Ensuring new team members are welcomed, inducted, trained and are set up to succeed.

• Working closely with the People Trainer to ensure that new team members are professionally inducted into the business and successfully complete our cleaning academy.

• Supporting with compliance and completion of observations, escalating any concerns, whilst coaching and providing feedback and retraining to the colleagues where required.

• Use initiative and receptive to changing operational priorities and business needs.

• Support the People trainer in the execution of the annual training plan.

• Confident in training

• Train the trainer – machinery training, to support in upskilling new and existing colleagues across sites.

• Support in managing deep cleans across sites, including development and execution of schedule and plan, monitoring progress and resourcing.

• Assist in project or other relevant work as required, for the team to be fully effective in supporting the people strategy.
