Diamond Bus in the South East region are looking for professional and friendly bus drivers to join the team.

Diamond South East provides bus services in the Surrey and Oxfordshire area. Our aim is to deliver a frequent, reliable, clean and friendly travelling environment for our customers. From our Heathrow-based depot we operate local Surrey bus services, Hotel Hoppa Services plus contracted coach work, private hire and airside crew services.

We are a growing company, ready to take on the challenges of moving our business forward, which is why we are looking for individuals with a focus on customer services and a current PCV licence, to support Diamonds business across the region.

PCV Driver responsibilities

• To complete first user checks in accordance with company procedures to ensure that the vehicle is road compliant before departure

• To transport customs in a safe, controlled manner

• To take fares and ensure that the company money is secure and paid in daily, also to ensure that all monies taken are reconciled to the amount taken on the day

• Complete bus route on schedule while stopping at all stops

• To drive safely and keep to the traffic commissioners punctuality and reliability standards

• To give excellent customer service

• To be polite with all passengers

• To comply with all Company policies and procedures

• Hold a full PCV licence with no more than 6 penalty points or driving ban
• An up to date CPC qualification would be beneficial Be personable and provide excellent customer service.
• A good understanding of English language and the ability to communicate with passengers is a must.
• You will be the face of our business – playing an incredibly important role each and every day, safely and comfortably transporting our fantastic customers across the region.
