RBVE are looking for a caring and motivated Domiciliary Care Team Leader to join our team, supporting the Registered Domiciliary Manager in delivering high-quality care across RBVE Supported Living and RBVE Village.

You will supervise and support our care staff, help coordinate staffing and rotas, carry out staff supervisions, support training and development, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care. You will also assist with care assessments and planning, monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, maintain accurate records, and help ensure the service meets CQC requirements and RBVE standards.

What we’re looking for:

• QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care Level 2/3, or working towards this

• Experience in care or domiciliary care

• Leadership and people management experience

• Understanding of CQC standards

• Good IT, communication and organisational skills

• A caring, empathetic and positive approach

You’ll work across Queen Elizabeth Court, Greenwich House, RBVE Village and the wider community as required, and will participate in the out-of-hours On Call service.
