RBVE is looking for a strategic and analytical Business Performance Partner to join our Finance & Performance Division.

This is a high-impact role supporting the Director of Finance and Performance and partnering with the Living, and Fundraising teams to drive financial excellence and organisational performance.

What you'll do:

• Lead monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Provide challenge and insight to improve performance
• Drive value for money across effectiveness, efficiency, and economy
• Collaborate across departments to implement improvements

About the team:

You'll be one of two Business Performance Partners, each covering key areas of the charity. Together, you'll help ensure RBVE delivers maximum impact with every pound spent.

What we're looking for:

Strong financial planning and analysis experience

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

A proactive mindset and passion for driving performance

Charity or public sector experience (a plus!)
