About the Role

As Head of Business Innovation & Insights, you will be responsible for driving innovation and transformation across the organisation by maximising the value of business systems and promoting the use of data to support smarter, evidence-based decision-making. You will champion digital innovation and embed modern, customer-focused ways of working across the organisation, using insights from customer feedback and dispute resolution to identify and implement service enhancements and operational efficiencies.

Working in close partnership with the Senior Leadership Team, you will shape and deliver an annual programme of strategic projects, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, effective change management, and successful project delivery. A key part of the role is advancing the adoption of digital technologies to improve efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance organisational performance. You will also play a central role in embedding a culture of continuous improvement, strengthening customer focus, and driving cultural change that reflects and reinforces our values.

About You

We’re seeking an experienced and confident senior leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and understands how functions, processes, technology, and culture can be designed to deliver this. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you’ll bring energy, vision, and a collaborative approach to working across the organisation.

With a proven track record in delivering change and business improvement programmes, you’ll bring expertise in a range of project management and transformation to drive results. As an inspirational leader, you’ll champion customer excellence and use your digital expertise to streamline processes and improve the customer journey. Your ability to influence and build strong relationships with colleagues, partners, board members, and customers will be essential to your success in this role.
