37 hours per week – Permanent

Hybrid working with 2/3 days a week in and around Worthing

Salary – £115,000

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a seasoned customer service professional, with senior management experience, to join us as our new Operations Director. You must have a real understanding of the challenges and complexities facing the social housing sector, as we ensure we maximise our resources and talents to create the most impact for our customers. This will be complemented by your ability to think strategically and commercially, whilst being able to forge strong working relationships both within and outside of the organisation.

About You

We are looking for a results driven leader, who is motivated by a social purpose, with a track record of delivering successful customer services, with compassion, authenticity and resilience. You will have worked at a senior level in social housing or a related sector and have experience of delivering impact for local communities.
