Principle Accountabilities: • Providing exceptional customer care through fast and accurate dispensing. • Support the Dispensing and healthcare team in taking in and handing our prescriptions as well as dealing with customer queries. • Provide health & general advice to our customers in person or over the phone. • Manage dispensary stock by cleaning, replenishing and date checking dispensary shelves to prevent over or under stock. • Attending training sessions. • Ensuring that your workspace/counter maintains a high standard of presentation, cleanliness and commerciality. • Support the retail floor, when necessary, especially during in-store events and busy periods.
