Job Purpose: To support the efficient and accurate preparation, labelling, and dispensing of TTO prescriptions for day cases and discharging patients, medication orders in a non-customer-facing environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.

Principle Accountabilities: • Providing exceptional customer care through fast and accurate dispensing. • Provide health & general advice to our customers in person or over the phone. • Maintain accurate records of dispensing and stock usage. • Support the Dispensary and Healthcare team in taking in and handing our prescriptions as well as dealing with customer queries. • Manage dispensary stock by cleaning, replenishing and date checking dispensary shelves to prevent over or under stock. • Attending training sessions. • Ensuring that your workspace/counter maintains a high standard of presentation and cleanliness and compliant with health and safety standards. 

NVQ2 Dispenser certificate

• IT Literate
• Fluent English
• A good understanding of pharmacy
• Ability to demonstrate a real passion and a clear knowledge about our products
• Adaptable and confident with an ever-changing, fast-paced and high-pressured environment
• Punctual

At least 2 years experience of working in Pharmacy.
