Job Purpose:

Working in John Bell & Croyden Pharmacy/Retail team means representing our brand and our values. You will be required to guide, inspire, and help our customers in every way. Whether on the sales floor, till-points, or back of house in our customer experience and fulfilment team. A high quality of service means you will also have to ensure our products and store remains attractive.

Responsibilities

Main duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and at times be required to support the Dispensing team in taking in and handing our prescriptions as well as dealing with customer queries
  • Provide health & general advice to our customers in person or over the phone.
  • Maintaining store presentation standards
  • Cleaning and Replenishing shelves
  • Date checking stock
  • Attending training sessions
  • Support the retail floor, when necessary, especially during in-store events and busy periods.
Qualifications

Successful completion of an HCA (Healthcare Assistants) certificate will be desirable

Experience

The ideal candidates will have 1-year experience in a customer facing role in luxury retail, pharmacy or similar environment, with a background in healthcare.
