Marketing Executive | Orkney | Full-time

Kyloe is a specialist technology partner for the recruitment industry. We build, implement, and support the tools that help recruitment businesses run better. Our marketing team makes sure the world knows about it. Clearly. Creatively. Consistently.

We are a small team that punches well above its weight. We move fast. We care about quality. We believe great marketing should feel like it was made by humans who actually understand what they are talking about.

We are now looking for a Marketing Executive to be the engine behind our day-to-day output.

What you'll be doing: 

• Build and send email campaigns in HubSpot (newsletters, drip sequences, lead gen)
• Create graphics and assets in Canva for social, events, and campaigns
• Manage our social media calendar and grow our presence on LinkedIn -
• Support event planning — from webinars to in-person customer events
• Help maintain brand consistency across everything we produce

What we're looking for: 

• Excellent writing skills - you can adapt tone for different audiences and formats
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Canva, or similar) 
• Strong organisation skills - you manage your own time, prioritise well, and hit deadlines
• Collaborative by nature - you work well across teams and bring energy to projects
• A genuine interest in AI and how it can improve content and campaigns
• Someone who pays attention to the details

Nice to have: 

• Experience in a tech or SaaS environment
• A degree or equivalent experience in marketing & creative
