The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing exceptional technical support to customers, performing remote troubleshooting, accurately diagnosing reported issues, and maintaining high first-time fix rates. We’re looking for people with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn. If you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and communicating clearly, we’ll teach you the technical side.

As a Technical Support Analyst, you’ll support customers using our software, helping them resolve issues and get the most out of our products. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support as you build your technical knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Helping customers solve issues via phone, email, and support tickets
  • Listening carefully to understand problems and asking the right questions
  • Guiding users step-by-step to resolve issues or set up systems
  • Managing support tickets from start to finish, keeping customers updated
  • Prioritising requests and responding within agreed timeframes
  • Working with our development team to report and track software issues
  • Keeping internal systems accurate and up to date
  • Learning new tools and technologies as you grow in the role
  • Creating simple “how-to” guides to help customers and colleagues
  • Working closely with teammates to deliver excellent service

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous technical experience—customer service experience is what matters most.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. retail, hospitality, call centre, or similar)
  • A genuine interest in helping people and solving problems
  • Strong communication skills—you can explain things clearly and confidently
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks

Nice to have (but not required):

  • Interest in technology or how software works
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office
