The Role

As the bridge between legacy systems and digital transformation, you'll guide organisations through complete recruitment operation upgrades. Working closely with diverse clients, you'll develop tailored implementation strategies, configure Bullhorn systems, and ensure seamless transitions from existing CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Bullhorn CRM, design data migrations, and customise workflows
  • Implement Bullhorn Automation, Onboarding, Amplify, Analytics, and Kyloe products
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs and create technical documentation
  • Conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot challenges, and optimise system performance

What You Need

1-2 years Implementation Consultant experience (recruitment/HR technology preferred), deep expertise in Bullhorn ATS/CRM systems, strong experience in system implementation and data migration, comprehensive knowledge of recruitment processes, proficiency with Simplify application and Kyloe products, understanding of AI in CRM/ATS enhancement, exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Job Description

Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, current systems, and objectives for Bullhorn implementation.

System Configuration: Configure the Bullhorn system to align with client requirements, including customising workflows, fields, and user interfaces.

Data Mapping: Develop data maps to facilitate the accurate migration of data from existing CRM systems to Bullhorn, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Simplifi: Design and build page and field interactions to enhance business processes within the Bullhorn CRM.

Best Practices Consultation: Provide expert advice on best practices and solutions to maximize the value and efficiency of Bullhorn CRM system, Bullhorn products and Kyloe products within the client's business processes.

Application Implementation: Implement Bullhorn applications such as Automation, Onboarding, and Analytics, either as part of a full system implementation or as standalone solutions for existing clients.

Kyloe Product Integration: Collaborate with the Kyloe Product team to understand the features and benefits of Kyloe products and assist in the effective integration of them into the client's Bullhorn system.

Training & Support: Deliver comprehensive training to client teams on Bullhorn functionalities and applications, ensuring effective adoption and utilisation.

Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of configuration and data migrations, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during implementation.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Bullhorn features, Kyloe products, applications, and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions and recommendations to clients.
