Kyloe are looking for a Product Implementation Consultant to guide clients through onboarding, drive product adoption and ensure they get the most out of our solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and project management and problem-solving capabilities. Adaptability and a keen ability to build and maintain client relationships are also key to success in this role.
Customer Engagement:
• Act as the main point of contact for customer onboarding, providing guidance and resources to ensure successful adoption of products and services.
• Conduct regular check-ins with customers to monitor satisfaction, address concerns, and offer proactive solutions.
Customer Support:
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex customer issues.
Customer Advocacy:
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring customer feedback is communicated to product and development teams.
• Advocate for customer needs and ensure their feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap.
Project Management:
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of customer-related projects.
Product Expertise:
• Maintain a deep understanding of Kyloe’s products and their features, staying current on new releases and updates.
• Enable, configure, test, and troubleshoot all Kyloe products and any related solutions during onboarding.
• Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers as needed.
• Maintain a strong understanding of all other solutions offered by Kyloe.

Kyloe Partners’ HQ is based in Orkney, Scotland, and occasional travel to the office will be required.
