Join our dynamic development team as an Associate Software Developer! Kyloe Partners is a leader in recruitment technology, helping staffing firms worldwide work more efficiently through innovative cloud software solutions. You'll work on exciting projects, triage issues, fix bugs, and develop innovative software applications. Our solutions aim to streamline recruiters' workflows, freeing them from repetitive tasks and boosting productivity. What you'll be doing:

• Working with our core codebases for both products and services projects.

• Bridging the gap between the support and development functions of the business.

• Owning queries raised from Support for both client and internal issues.

• Learning best practices to writing well designed, testable and efficient code.

• Troubleshooting and solving client problems, providing effective solutions.

• Keeping up to date with the technologies necessary to deliver client projects (including changes to the Bullhorn CRM).

• Providing first-class service to clients, through effective communication, being helpful, attending meetings and providing answers as and when necessary.

• Working collaboratively within the Kyloe teams, sharing ideas and ultimately providing the best possible service to Kyloe clients.

• Ensuring quality of work in line with each specification of work through thorough testing before delivery to client, correctly prioritising as necessary.

What we're looking for:

• Experience using technologies such as JAVA / JavaScript / HTML / CSS / AngularJs.

• Ability to learn quickly and keep up to date with industry changes.

• Great at problem solving and troubleshooting.

• Ability to plan and manage time effectively.

• Excellent communicator.

• Team player and self-motivated.

• Commercial experience.

• Working towards appropriate qualifications to fulfil competencies of role (degree/HNC/HND in relevant subject).

Our Tech Stack:

• Languages: Java / Groovy / JavaScript / Typescript.

• Amazon Web Services – e.g. EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, APIGateway

• Frameworks: Micronaut / Grails / Angular / JVM / Spock / Junit Bonus Points:

• Experience of deploying web applications with a Cloud Computing Platform (e.g. AWS).

• Experience of developing web applications that consume 3rd party APIs.

• Knowledge of programming languages/frameworks used by Kyloe (Java, Micronaut, Groovy, Grails, MySQL).

• Curiosity in things new in technology.
