We are looking for a HR Administrator who will support the HR team across a range of day-to-day HR and Learning & Development activities. Based in Dublin, the HR team supports employees and managers across Intuition’s global offices.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR career who is looking to gain broad, hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR. You will work closely with the HR team while developing practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee support, learning and development, HR systems, and employment law.
The ideal candidate will be organised, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and interested in developing a career in HR within an international business environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Employee Support
- Support employees with day-to-day HR queries relating to policies, leave, procedures, and general HR matters.
- Prepare employment documentation including contracts, references, and employee letters.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, as well as probation tracking, and leave administration.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support the review and updating of HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Assist with researching employment law updates and HR best practice.
- Ensure HR files and systems are maintained accurately and confidentially.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support recruitment coordination including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Assist with CV screening, recruitment administration, and background checks.
- Help coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
Learning & Development
- Support internal learning and development initiatives.
- Maintain training records and mandatory training tracking.
HR Systems & Reporting
- Assist with maintaining HR systems and ensuring employee data is accurate.
- Support HR reporting, trackers, and dashboards.
Continuous Improvement
- Support HR projects and team initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
- Assist with exploring new technologies and AI tools that may support HR administration and employee experience.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- A Master’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a relevant discipline
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in HR, employment law, and employee experience
- Ability to work with HR technology, systems, and AI-driven process improvements
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a HR career
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships
