This role acts as a key point of contact for our clients, acting as a trusted advisor, driving adoption of our solutions, and cultivating successful long-term partnerships. This position combines client success, project coordination, professional services delivery, and commercial awareness to build strong relationships and drive long-term value for both clients and the business. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and client teams to manage the full client lifecycle, support account growth, and ensure delivery excellence.

The position involves:

  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts, supporting the full client lifecycle from onboarding through delivery, renewal, and expansion.

  • Oversee client projects and opportunities to ensure delivery aligns with agreed scope, timelines, and objectives.
  • Lead regular client check-ins and review meetings, proactively addressing risks, issues, or changes in requirements.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate Intuition products and services, including cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Contribute account insights and revenue inputs to sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
  • Scope potential projects and work with Production and Delivery teams to plan and price client work.
  • Contribute to proposals, renewals, and RFP responses, including writing and client-facing presentations.
  • Capture client feedback and share insights internally to support continuous improvement and service innovation.


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Client Success, Account Management, Professional Services, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including renewals, retention, and account growth.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating project delivery in a professional services environment, including managing timelines, milestones, and client expectations.
  • Confident leading client conversations and managing expectations.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a professional services, learning, or advisory-led environment is an advantage.
