We are looking for a high-performing Client Success Manager to join our team in New York. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the continued success of our rapidly growing client base in the US, acting as a key point of contact for our clients, acting as a trusted advisor, driving adoption of our solutions, and cultivating successful long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate will be commercially aware and client-focused. Excellent client-facing and communication skills are essential.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts, supporting the full client lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
  • Leading regular client check-ins and review meetings, ensuring deliverables align with agreed scope and objectives.
  • Driving renewals and identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Monitoring account performance and proactively managing risks.
  • Coordinating internally with Product, Production, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Contributing to proposals, renewals, and RFP responses where required.
  • Providing clear reporting and updates on account status and pipeline.
  • Capturing client feedback and feeding insights back into the business.
  • Supporting continuous improvement in client processes and delivery standards.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing commercial role.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of revenue retention.
  • Confident leading client conversations and managing expectations.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a professional services, learning, or advisory-led environment is an advantage.
