We are looking for talented individuals eager to build a career in client success and relationship management. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile clients, providing exceptional service and driving engagement with our products and services. The role is based in our London office, with an initial one-week training period at our Dublin headquarters.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and highly organised, with a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a ‘can-do’ attitude. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and longterm success, working closely with account managers and other internal teams. This position offers exposure to various aspects of the business, including technology, marketing, and sales, with opportunities for professional growth.
