The Commercial Marketing Manager will lead the marketing function while ensuring strong alignment between marketing activity and the Company’s commercial priorities across regions. This role combines marketing leadership with a clear focus on growth, using CRM data and market insight to demonstrate the impact of marketing on pipeline, visibility, and performance.

Working closely with the CEO, regional teams, and the wider commercial team, the role will act as a central point of coordination across offices, helping to prioritize initiatives, improve consistency, and ensure marketing efforts are focused on areas that deliver the greatest business value.

This role balances leadership, commercial thinking, and hands-on involvement, with responsibility for guiding the team while also engaging directly with performance data and key initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the marketing team in delivering campaigns, content, and initiatives aligned with business priorities, creating clarity around focus and direction across regions.
  • Work closely with the CEO and regional leaders to understand commercial priorities and translate them into marketing plans and activities that support growth objectives.
  • Take ownership of marketing performance visibility, including analyzing CRM data to understand pipeline development, lead quality, and campaign impact and communicating insights clearly to leadership.
  • Act as the connection point between regional offices, ensuring collaboration, consistency, and alignment while allowing flexibility for local market needs. S
  • upport prioritization and planning across marketing initiatives, ensuring effort is focused on work that is repeatable, measurable, and commercially relevant.
  • Contribute to improvements in marketing effectiveness, including lead generation, website performance, campaign structure, and reporting processes.
  • Provide leadership to team members, fostering a collaborative and accountable environment while supporting individual development and team performance.


Experience

  • The ideal candidate will have approximately 7-10 years of experience in a B2B marketing or commercial marketing role, including experience in management or leadership, preferably within an environment with longer sales cycles.
  • They should have experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot and/or Microsoft Dynamics preferable) and marketing performance data, with the ability to translate insights into practical actions and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders or cross-regional teams is an advantage, along with a strong understanding of how marketing contributes to business growth.
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members is a key requirement for this role, including the ability to provide direction, feedback, and support within a growing team environment.
  • Commercially minded and results focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working with data and confident explaining performance to stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and pragmatic, with the ability to build relationships across teams and regions. Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
