Toomey Leasing Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of MJT Securities Ltd. It is the leasing and fleet management arm of the diverse Toomey Group, a substantial privately owned business that began in 1929. The Leasing Group operates from offices based in Basildon, Derby, Chester & Salisbury and is able to offer a local service with hands on account management to fleet operators of 25+ vehicles nationally. We have a wealth of experience within the vehicle leasing industry complimented by a portfolio of consultancy and fleet management services.

We are actively recruiting for a full-time Logistics Co-ordinator to work in the centralised Administration team, based at our Basildon Office.

Typical everyday work activities

• Controlling the vehicle order data base

• Obtaining regular vehicle status updates

• Arranging the fitment of vehicle extras

• Liaising with customers and our Sales teams with delivery updates and requirements

• Producing Customer Documentation

• Adhoc duties Skills & Experience required

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload

• IT Skills- Word, Excel

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

• Polite and friendly

• Positive “Can do” flexible attitude

The hours will be Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm with half hour unpaid lunch

23 days holiday – plus Bank Holidays

Permanent role

Salary: £26,500.00

Bonus: £1 per delivery

Expected earnings: £28k
