Toomey Leasing Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of MJT Securities Ltd. It is the Leasing and Fleet Management arm of the diverse Toomey Group, a substantial privately owned business that began in 1929. The Leasing Group operates from offices based in Basildon, Derby, Chester & Salisbury and can offer a local service with hands on account management to fleet operators of 10+ vehicles nationally. We have a wealth of experience within the vehicle leasing industry complimented by a portfolio of consultancy and fleet management services.

We are actively recruiting for a full-time Customer Booking Advisor to work in the vehicle maintenance team, based at our Derby Office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the booking process for vehicle servicing and repairs.

• Liaise directly with customers, via phone and email, to ensure that requests are completed in a timely manner.

• Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance, servicing and repair appointments using our dealer management software.

• Make follow up calls to ensure the customer is aware of any changes or updates.

• Maintain accurate records and provide timely management reports.

Skills & Experience required

• Excellent communication skills including good telephone manner.

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

• Confident with digital platforms and good IT skills.

The hours will be Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm with half hour unpaid lunch

23 days holiday – plus Bank Holidays

Salary: £26k+ OTE, dependant on experience
