55k – 75k OTE Hours 8am – 5.30pm Monday till Friday 1/2 for lunch with the opportunity to work weekends.

The Mission

As our Bodyshop Manager, you aren't just overseeing repairs; you are the architect of customer trust and operational excellence. You will lead a talented team of technicians, estimators, and support staff to ensure every vehicle leaves our site in showroom condition.

Your Key Responsibilities • Lead the Charge: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Body Shop, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency. • Quality Command: Maintain our reputation for excellence by enforcing rigorous quality control standards. • The Bottom Line: Take full P&L responsibility, driving profitability through smart resource management and workflow optimization. • Relationship Architect: Liaise with insurance companies, manufacturers, and fleet partners to ensure seamless communication and "Green" key-to-key times

What You’ll Bring to the Table We are looking for a leader who is as comfortable with a spreadsheet as they are on the shop floor. Feature Requirement Experience Proven track record in a Body Shop Management or Assistant Manager role. Technical Savvy Deep understanding of Audatex, Epyx, and modern repair methodologies. Kerridge Emacs management system. Leadership The ability to motivate a diverse team and handle high-pressure situations with a cool head. Customer Focus A "Customer First" mindset that translates into high CSI scores. Feature Requirement Compliance Strict adherence to Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
