Senior Service Advisor Pay: OTE £40,00 (Dependent on Experience)
The Opportunity Toomey Motor Group is one of the largest and most successful motor retailers in Essex. Our growth is built on strong performance and leadership across our four key locations. We are looking for an experienced, outgoing, and forward-thinking Senior Service Advisor to join our high-performing automotive team.
This is more than just a customer service role; it is a vital position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a clear pathway to a Service Manager career.
About You We are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about excellence and driven to succeed. To be successful in this role, you should possess:
• Experience: At least 2 years of automotive experience with a solid grasp of core service advisor skills. • Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to manage customer expectations and build long-term rapport. • Resilience: A level head in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to meet strict targets and deadlines. • Organisation: A highly organised mind capable of prioritising heavy workloads with precision. • License: Preferably a full, clean UK manual driving licence held for at least 1 year.
Key Responsibilities • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout their journey. • Managing service bookings, repair orders, and technical queries with accuracy. • Working flexibly across the team to ensure all administrative and customer-facing tasks are completed. • Upselling additional services and products to meet individual and branch targets. • Prioritising workload to ensure vehicle turnaround times are met without compromising on quality.
Work Hours • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00 • Alternate Saturdays: 08:00 – 13:00
