Job Description: Toomey Motor Group Parts Administrator.

Toomey Motor Group is one of the largest main car dealership Motor Retailers in Essex, and our continued success can be attributed to our impressive performance, growth, and leadership throughout both our Basildon and Southend sites.

We are actively seeking candidates for a full-time role as a Parts Administrator, due to new manufacturers joining are ever growing network, we are looking for people who are full of passion, drive, energy, and commitment for an exciting new role.

About you: We are looking for an exceptional individual, who is able to demonstrate their passion for excellence, commitment, and drive, a successful track record in an Administrator role would be advantageous, relationship maintenance, outstanding communications skills and a level head in a fast paced environment, whilst meeting targets and deadlines;

The successful candidates will ideally have previous experience of working in an Administrator role, also experience with the CDK (Kerridge/Keyloop) DMS would be an advantage but not essential. Typical everyday work activities · Placing orders for manufactures. · Dealing with customers returns, and issuing return notes in line with company policy. · Checking orders and feeding back to customers. · Verification of invoices. · Inputting invoices onto manufacturers systems. · General admin duties.

Key skills Required: · Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload. · IT skills- Word, Excel. · Effective communication skills. · Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. · Polite and friendly. · Positive flexible attitude.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm. Position. Full-time, Permanent. Location: Basildon. Salary: £23,000 to £26,500 per year depending on experience. Benefits: 23 days holiday plus Bank holidays. Workplace pension scheme (age applicable).
