We are looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Advisor to join our busy team. This is a key role within the business, ensuring our customers and workshop teams receive the right parts at the right time, delivered with outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers face-to-face, by phone and email

• Identify, source and supply vehicle parts and accessories

• Proactively upsell additional parts and services where appropriate

• Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory control

• Process orders, invoices, returns and exchanges

• Provide technical advice and support to customers and workshop staff

• Use computer systems and parts catalogues to check availability and pricing

• Work closely with the workshop to meet vehicle repair deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in an automotive parts or motor trade role preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail

• Confident using computer systems and parts management software

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• A positive, team-focused attitude
