Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Operations & Communications colleague to foster collaboration across our teams to ensure seamless coordination and peak performance to drive growth!

In this role, you will support strategy execution, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timelines are met. The ideal candidate is an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for building a brand and engaging stakeholders.

You will work closely with all MSite departments to collate marketing requests and create outputs that are aligned to our evolved value proposition.

Responsibilities

Marketing Operations:


- Strategic Planning & Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of cohesive marketing operations across digital, marketing, and business development teams. Including the development and maintenance of content calendars, project timelines, tracking key milestones and deliverables for each initiative.

- Collate, prioritise, assign and project manage marketing tasks for the business ensuring high-priority requests are handled efficiently and stakeholders are informed on project progress, flagging any obstacles to maintain momentum. - Process management and optimisation

- Mobilise MSite Marketing charter ensuring stakeholders are aligned on roles and responsibilities to ensure successful outcomes. Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency using data insights and technology.

- Assist the marketing team in the delivery of marketing campaigns.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain a central library of resources including our sales toolkit, brand guidelines, assets and industry papers.

- Team Support: Aid in the development of a high-performing marketing team, contributing to a culture of excellence.

- Budget Management: Support the oversight of the marketing operations budget for efficient resource allocation.

- Event management – from concept design and planning to delivery and reporting, this includes driving end-to-end events: events logistics, branding, stakeholder management, shaping events content, campaign management: working with CRM and data processing.


Systems & Data Governance:


- Own, govern, champion and optimise our marketing ‘tech stack’ (HubSpot, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Nav) empowering sales and marketing teams to use the latest developments to drive performance and demand generation through streamlined process automation.

- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and hygiene of our marketing data, and uphold compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

- Work with sales & marketing colleagues to source and enrich data to enable targeted campaigns and communication to both target and existing contacts.

- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Owning recurring analysis / metrics dashboards and preparing budget updates for the Head of Marketing.


Communications:

- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination in marketing operations.

- Develop, support and govern internal departments to create and communicate content ensuring outputs are aligned to our evolved values, proposition and brand guidelines. (E.g. internal comms, release management / updates, product factsheets, commercial templates, training support material, corporate documentation, etc).

- Work with our in-house designers and external marketing consultants, ensuring all communications are consistent.

- On occasion support Infobric Group communications in the UK.


General

- Attendance at relevant events/ exhibitions.

- Maintain an understanding of MSite competitors, their customers and strategic direction.

Experience

You will have:

- Strong experience in marketing operations and written content creation.

- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software (Hubspot).
