Hours: Monday - Friday 9-6

What You’ll Do:
• Manage and inspire a team of technicians.
• Oversee rigging prep, maintenance, and repairs, to top standards.
• Drive efficiency, safety, and collaboration across teams.

• Solid technical knowledge of rigging equipment in the entertainment industry.
• Proven experience in a hire environment with attention to detail and adherence to procedures and standards.
• Strong people management and interpersonal skills to lead your team effectively.
