SUMMARY OF ROLE
You will be working in a call centre environment; you will be responsible for the administration of all Compliance Work on the PCC Contract. You will need to communicate regularly with our Operatives, Subcontractors, Clients, Residents and Safety Dept, ensuring you issue, receive, and record clean information accurately and timely. To be successful in the role it is essential you have a positive, professional and versatile attitude. You will need to have a rational approach to incidents and situations. It is essential you have a proactive approach to your work, in a constantly changing and dynamic environment. Where you will use your skills, knowledge, experience and training to ensure this is achieved. The key activities you will undertake in this role will be:
- To record information directly into the Job Management Systems (FES), Client Repairs and Property Database, or any other system(s) ensuring the integrity of information and data can be reconciled when used to deliver the service.
- You are responsible for the administration of all PPM Work ensuring all required compliance information is recorded directly on our Job Management System FES and the Client Repairs and Property Database.
- You are responsible for the administration of FRA Work, ensuring all required compliance information is recorded directly on our Job Management System FES and the Client Repairs and Property Database.
- You are responsible for the administration and booking of EICRs ensuring all required compliance information is recorded directly on our Job Management System FES and the Client Repairs and Property Database.
- To support the Office Compliance Supervisor in scheduling appointments in periods of absence such as leave and sickness. You will be responsible for the administration of the PDA Returns Screen ensuring accurate repair information is being recorded into our job management systems and the Client Repairs Database when repairs have been completed.
- You are responsible for the administration of Asbestos Service information ensuring clean information is recorded on our Job Management System FES and the PCC database(s)
- You are responsible for the administration of Scaffold Service information ensuring all required compliance information is recorded directly on our Job Management System FES and the Contract Scaffold Register.
- You are responsible for the administration of employee Training ensuring the Competency and Training matrix is in date.
- To assist with any other administrative activities that are required to support the team, effectively manage the service and provide updates and information to the client.
- You are responsible for your own Health & Safety and are expected to work with the Company and your line manager to ensure safety guidelines are followed and adhered.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Comfortable in a dynamic and evolving environment demonstrating a level head to the team and enjoy the challenge.
- A professional and courteous telephone manner at all times irrespective of the situation.
- Have a clear and concise approach to verbal communication, able to use the phone to communicate effectively, and have good typing skills.
- Able to deal with lots of activity, remain focused on the call you are dealing with, and the information that needs to be recorded or transferred by completing the task you are on before moving on to the next.
- Have good computer skills in MS Office and be comfortable in using job management systems.
- Be able to self-manage and be self-motivated and have a desire to solve problems and eliminate waste. • Understand what it is to be part of a team and ensure that learning is shared within the team.
- Be flexible in your working hours to be able to support the delivery of the service; be reliable and dependable.
- Proactive in identifying your development needs and doing something to overcome them.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades. (Desirable)
- Good understanding of the Geographical Portsmouth City. (Desirable)
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- GCSE or equivalent grade C or above in Math and English.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience of working in a Repairs and Maintenance call centre or any other call centre environment. (Desirable)
