Our Purpose

To support families through bereavement with expert guidance and genuine compassion, making a complex process feel manageable and human.

What you’ll be doing

  • Handling enquiries from clients and business partners
  • Following up on leads and using a consultative sales approach to close
  • Owning a lead pipeline of partner and D2C leads
  • Providing accurate and timely quotes
  • Delivering end to end excellent customer service
  • Meeting and exceed individual and team performance targets
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in how we work

What we’re looking for

Qualifications are desirable but not essential, we are looking for individuals with some of the following experience:

  • B2B sales experience
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Experience in a professional services sales environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience in probate, legal services, or estate administration

Hiring process – what to expect

We like to keep things clear and straightforward. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Initial chat – A short call with one of our team to get to know you better. There will be some element of competency here but we aim for it to be more conversational. (30mins)
  • Interview – This is your competency based interview with the hiring manager(s)(up to 60mins) .
  • Feedback – We will contact you following your interview, typically within 1 week.
