What you’ll be doing
- Driving new business growth by identifying and securing partnerships across estate planning, IFA’s, Will writers, legal, financial, and related sectors.
- Managing and developing partner relationships, ensuring high engagement and revenue growth through regular meetings and strategic collaboration.
- Representing the company at events, meetings, and networking opportunities to promote services and generate leads and build solid relationships.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and partner satisfaction.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective account management, lead generation, and performance tracking
What we're looking for
We are looking for individuals with some of the following experience:
- Field-based B2B Sales Experience
- Account and/or Partner Relationship Management
- CRM & Sales Pipeline Management (Hubspot desirable)
- Event & Networking Engagement
- Presenting to Professional Audiences
- Professional Sales or Account Management Certification
- Industry-specific knowledge or training in Legal or Financial Services

Hiring process – what to expect
We like to keep things clear and straightforward. Here’s what you can expect:
- Application review – We review applications on a rolling basis and will contact you when shortlisted
- Initial chat – A call with Charlotte (HR & Talent Advisor) to get to know you better. There will be some element of competency here but we aim for it to be more conversational. (30mins)
- Interview – This is your competency based interview with Simon Brand (Head of Sales), Charlotte Palmer (HR & Talent Advisor)& Paul Toghill (CEO) (up to 90mins)
- Task or Presentation – A chance to showcase your skills, this will be part of your interview
- Feedback – We will contact you following your interview, typically within 1 week
