Kings Court Trust are looking for an experienced Senior Associate Case Manager to join and support us in an exciting period of growth.

What you’ll be doing

As our Senior Assoc Case Manager you will be:

• Owning a complex case load of approximately 40 files

• Due to the nature of the business partners we work with, the caseload you will be responsible for will be very varied and develop the knowledge of even our most experienced case managers

• Coaching, mentoring and developing our team of case managers

• Work closely with our Legal Services Director on unique and complex matters

The ideal candidate

Qualifications are desirable but not essential, we are looking for individuals with a solid probate administration or technical background. You must have some of the following experience:

• Extensive end-to-end probate administration

• Managing escalations and technical questions

• Several years in a customer service or private client focused environment What we can offer you

Need to know

Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 per annum DOE

Quarterly bonus scheme

Location: Bristol, Hybrid, Remote (we are flexible to meet candidate needs)

Hours: Typical office hours are 9am – 5pm
