Kings Court Trust are looking for an experienced Probate Case Manager to join us at an extremely exciting time in the business’s growth, to help us continue to deliver our award-winning estate administration service to our clients.

What you’ll be doing

As a Probate Case Manager you’ll be able to provide a supportive customer experience whilst ensuring that we do everything in our power to make sure that the estate administration process is delivered to the highest standard to the families who are at the heart of what we do. Our expectations for you in this role is to manage a caseload of varying complexities, share your knowledge to help upskill and coach your colleagues, and above all provide the best possible service to our clients and customers. Whilst professional experience is of high importance to us as a business in finding the right candidates, it is of equal importance that they are a suitable fit for the culture we offer as a business.

The ideal candidate

We understand you may not have all of the below skills or experience, but we would encourage you to apply if you have some of the below:

• Able to handle estates with varying complexities.

• Excellent communication skills at all levels and exceptional organisational and time management skills are a pre-requisite.

• An ability to self-motivate, particularly if working remotely, have a keen attention to detail, and take a proactive approach to your work.

• Work with a client and customer focus approach at all times,

• Able to work with empathy for the families, maintaining a genuine desire to help them and be prepared to go above and beyond in order to provide support.

• Taking a collaborative approach to supporting and coaching your colleagues.

• Experience of end-to-end estate administration and probate.

• Experience in a customer service or private client focused environment

Need to know

Salary: up to £32,000 per annum DOE

Location: On-site, hybrid or remote working available.

Hours: 37.5 per week typical hours are 9am – 5pm, flexible working options available for anyone wanting part-time

Start date: Flexible, ASAP preferred
