Hours of work are 8:30am to 16:30pm, 35 hours per week.

We are looking for enthusiastic new talent to join our #Team here in Haverthwaite, which is nestled in the South of the Lake District.

The role (not an exhaustive list):

• First point of contact for customer calls and email enquiries up to the point of processing orders, ensuring we surpass quality and customer expectations.

• Generation of precise and timely sales quotations.

• You will provide effective, timely and accurate support to your appointed team to achieve daily/weekly targets.

• Maintaining CRM, ensuring customer information is recorded timely, clearly and concisely.

About you:

• You should be able to demonstrate to us that you have a strong feel for the products we make and a passionate desire to communicate their benefits to our customers.

• You should be self-motivated and organised, having the ability to work in a demanding environment to enable you to work to tight deadlines to allow us to be flexible to meet the needs of our clients.

• You should be able to demonstrate your excellent customer service, organisational, planning and inter-personal skills.

• Our ideal candidate should be competent in Microsoft packages and have good numeric skills.

• The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a team and have a cheerful, outgoing personality.
