Martin House has been caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions from West, North and East Yorkshire for more than 30 years. Every year we care for more than 420 families at our hospice in Boston Spa, in hospitals and in their own homes. We also support more than 150 bereaved families each year.
We are seeking an engaging and creative Partnerships Development Manager to join our successful Partnerships Team at Martin House for a 10 month period to cover Maternity leave.
As we embark on an ambitious growth strategy, we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running to secure exciting, innovative and strategic partnerships, including COTY opportunities.
You will have experience of working in corporate charitable fundraising or a marketing/sales role with an excellent understanding of new business and partnerships. As a natural relationship builder you will be able to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels with ease and professionalism. This role will also have line management responsibilities.

• Have the ability to work on own initiative and cooperatively as part of the fundraising team. • Drive creative thinking in the development of propositions to take out to prospective partners.
