Role Overview

RDC Aviation is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development of our customer-facing tools and analytics products. You’ll work cross-functionally with UX, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact solutions that help our clients make smarter decisions with aviation data.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for our customer-facing SaaS and DaaS solutions – AirportCharges, LOOP and Apex.

• Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements and user stories.

• Lead discovery and validation efforts with customers and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with design and engineering to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

• Monitor product performance and usage to inform future iterations.

• Communicate product vision and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or data-driven products and services.

• Strong understanding of user-centred design, agile delivery, and data analytics.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including UX and engineering.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Background in aviation and/or enterprise software.

• Experience with product roadmap tools such as Jira Product Discovery

• Exposure to UX principles and user-centred design.

• Exposure to API-based products or technical platforms (e.g. Azure, Snowflake)
