Cleaver Fulton Rankin, a leading commercial law firm in Northern Ireland, is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team in Belfast.

This is an exciting role to join an innovative, creative and ambitious Marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to engage in a variety of marketing and business development activities, including but not limited to:

The Role:

• Contributing to the delivery of marketing and business development plans

• Working closely with the company, departments and practice groups in the delivery of marketing and business development objectives and initiatives

• Delivering marketing and digital advertising campaigns, including development of creative content in line with company branding • Managing social media platforms and website content, including website development and SEO

• Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics, including marketing KPIs and ROI

• Planning, promotion and execution of events

• Promoting the effective use of the company’s CRM system and delivering email marketing campaigns

• PR and external communications activity, including drafting and issuing news releases, and liaising with external media and PR agencies

• Preparing marketing and business development literature, including legal directories and award entries

• Providing support on tenders and proposals

• Assisting with the firm’s responsible business activities, including development of responsible business literature

• Preparing documentation for business development meetings and contributing to firm-wide committees

• Contributing to wider marketing projects as required

• Providing additional administrative support as required

Requirements:

Essential

• Educated to degree level in marketing or a related field

• At least 3 years’ experience of working in a similar marketing role

• IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM system

• Understanding of social platforms and digital marketing, including SEO, Analytics and social media advertising

• Experience in creative tasks, including campaign creation and implementation, and in using creative software such as email marketing, video and design editing

• Ability to work on own initiative and as a member of a team

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and multitask

• Strong attention to detail

Desirable

• Previous experience of working in a legal or professional services environment would be advantageous

• Previous tender and bid writing experience

Salary:

Commensurate with experience.

Position:

Full-time, Permanent, Monday-Friday
