Facilities Manager

We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team! As Facilities Manager you will oversee all building related activities and be responsible for preserving the good condition of our infrastructure, ensuring it is safe and well-functioning. You will optimise the use of our office space and equipment while reducing operating costs and lead a small team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee building maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs
- Monitor and address any corrective actions from safety audits and inspections that have been completed within a specified timeframe
- Optimise the use of office and building spaces, including planning layouts and relocations
- Support in internal and external audits, to meet safety, regulatory and organisational requirements
- Conduct regular risk assessments, ensuring appropriate controls are implemented and maintained
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and service providers
- Track fire safety inspections, maintenance and compliance job
- Lead a small team and co-ordinate with other departments and customers
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or other relevant position
- Well versed in technical/engineer operations and facilities management best practices
- Relevant qualification in facility management or relevant field
- Relevant qualifications in Health & Safety (IOSH) and risk assessments
- Previous people management experience is essential
- Experience managing multiple sites is advantageous
