Lawyer – Private Client

Department Location: H1 and H2 Riverside Business Park Bakewell, Buxton Road Derbyshire DE45 1GS

Contract: Full time

Experience: 1 to 3 years post qualifying experience

We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join our Private Client team.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal advice to individuals and / or companies on a range of specialised legal matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a capable individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to the client.

• Manage a diverse caseload
• Deliver high standards of client care and a first-class customer experience
• Work commercially which is reflected in your case management and outcomes
• Work collaboratively as part of a team
• Achieve and deliver key outcomes both for the client and the firm
• Contemporaneously capture and record time

Department Specific:

• Will writing
• Trust and estate planning
• Probate and the administration of estates
• Lasting Powers of Attorney/Deputyships
• Trust & Estate planning
• Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax
• Care home planning
• Agricultural Estates
• Wealth Management
• Work closely with the firm’s Contentious Probate Department
