Many of our projects are multidisciplinary which means the role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects. Some of our current projects include:
- Historic designed landscapes, parks and gardens
- Commercial developments.
- Residential master plans and detailed design
- Community green spaces and parks
- Visitor infrastructure / tourism.

- Green infrastructure
The role will offer the exciting opportunity to explore various locations across England and Wales.
Some examples of previous and ongoing work are Pinewood and Shepperton Studios in Buckinghamshire, Bramshill Estate in Hampshire, Stourhead in Wiltshire, Tyntesfield in Bristol, Hulton Park & Lee Hall in Bolton, Bristol Zoo, Bath Press, Malmesbury Primary School and Oxford High School.
The role includes the opportunity to share and participate actively in the management and ownership of the business through the Employee Ownership Trust, which places full ownership of the company with the employees. This is also an opportunity to work for a sincere, employee-owned company with strong values and a particular focus on addressing the climate emergency.
The role is based in LUC’s office in Bristol. We work in a hybrid model with people being in the office a minimum of two days per week. There will also be travel required to visit sites, client offices and other office locations.
