About the role:
This is an opportunity to join our Support Team to assist our ICT Manager in the continuous operation and improvement of IT Services.
The effective use of technology is vital for the success of the business both in terms of the efficient delivery of our services and as a way of standing out from our competition. Our employees are keen to use technology and explore how it can best be used in the business.
To support our ICT Strategy, we are looking to expand our internal team by appointing an ICT Support Analyst to aid the focus on IT Service operations. Our internal team is backed up by our Managed Service Provider providing 1st – 3rd line and project resource.
This is an opportunity to share in the ownership and management of a sincere, employee-owned company through our Employee Ownership Trust, which places full ownership of the business with its employees, and to contribute to our strong values and focus on addressing the climate emergency.
You will be based in our Edinburgh office, although we are happy to discuss a blend of home and office working in line with our hybrid working policy. The role may also involve occasional travel to other LUC offices across the UK.
A full-time role is based on 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday). However, LUC has a strong track record in flexible working, and we have been recognised for our flexible working culture, so we are happy to discuss a range of flexible working options for this role including part time hours (minimum 30 hours per week) if desired.
