We’re thrilled to announce a brand-new opportunity within our Financial & Economic Analysis team. The role is nationwide where you will be based from one of our UK Archus locations; London, Bristol, Birmingham or Leeds.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to bring their expertise and passion to a team that’s driving impactful change in healthcare planning and delivery.
In this role, you’ll work at the heart of multi-disciplinary projects, providing economic and financial insights that influence major infrastructure decisions. You’ll lead on developing evidence-based investment appraisals, create robust economic and financial models, and steer benefits management processes—all while delivering high-quality consultancy advice that makes a real difference.

We’re also open to applications from candidates at Principal Consultant level. If you bring additional depth of experience and leadership capability, we’ll offer a higher salary package to reflect your skills and impact.
If successful you will be expected to:
- Manage and support projects to ensure delivery to time, cost and quality.
- Bring structured problem-solving and initiative to new challenges.
- Present complex analysis in a clear and accessible way.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of best practice economic modelling techniques.
- Contribute to team success by sharing expertise and supporting peers.
- Build and maintain client relationships, becoming a trusted partner.
- Play an active role in business development and knowledge sharing.
This is a client-facing role in a dynamic environment, requiring strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and the ability to work independently.

Founded in 2017, we have worked on over 1000 projects to date, supporting healthcare clients in the delivery of multi-million-pound healthcare projects across the UK, Canada and other locations internationally.
