Salary: NJC Scale 4, Point 7-11 (£25,584-£27,269) per annum pro rata

The role
As Administrator you will provide efficient administrative support within the daycare, with a particular focus on finance, invoicing, and general office duties. The role ensures smooth financial operations, accurate record-keeping, and excellent communication with parents and staff.

Essential criteria
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or equivalent.
- At least 12 months experience in an administrative or finance-related role.
- Strong numeracy and IT skills (MS Office, especially Excel).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable criteria
- Experience in a childcare or education setting.
- Knowledge of childcare management software or accounting packages.
- Previous use of computerised accounting systems.
