The role

The project manager of the ASPIRE project will assume the pivotal leadership role within the project, directing activities, liaising with key stakeholders while setting standards and developing the wider project team.

Essential Criteria

At the closing date applicants must have:

• A relevant degree level qualification (e.g. Education, social sciences, psychology, community development) or equivalent.

• A minimum of two years project management experience, with specific experience leading/managing a team.

• A proven track record in effectively managing large programme budgets.

• Demonstrable knowledge or experience with EU-funded programmes or with similar funding bodies.

• A full current driving licence enabling the holder to drive in Northern Ireland/ROI and have the use of vehicle for official purpose OR have access to a form of transport that will enable the candidate to meet the requirements of the post in full.

Desirable criteria

• Demonstrable experience or knowledge of the Early Years sector.
