We are looking for a superstar Commercial Coordinator, to be based in our Kings Hill office, working full-time, with the opportunity to work one day from home.
Role Purpose: To work alongside the sales team to collectively ensure FPP are meeting customer service requirements, whilst achieving sales and gross margin budgets.
Key Accountabilities
1. Overall Support of Commercial / Account Manager in the management and development of key customers
2. To deliver outstanding understanding of service expectations to the business and ensure these expectations are met
3. Manage and keep up to date all customer data to include KPI’s, Daily Sales.
4. Responsible for maintaining customer forecasts and roll stocks in depot
5. Weekly Retail Audit and Benchmarking
6. Support in new product launches & range change planning and implementation
