We are looking for a superstar Account Manager, to be based in our Kings Hill office, working full-time, with the opportunity to work one day from home.
Role Purpose:
To lead the sales function for key customers, ensuring FPP are exceeding service requirements, whilst achieving sales and gross margin budgets.

1. Leading the day to day management of key customers
2. To deliver customer service levels to the business and ensure these expectations are met
3. Management of customer KPI’s throughout the business, passionately driving improvements
4. Overview of the wider industry/ category, ensuring our customers are achieving growth
5. Support new product launches & range change planning and implementation
6. Management of individual account profitability

9. Develop a PDP for Account Executive so they can achieve potential
