Due to this continued growth, we are now able to expand the team to include a Technical Assistant.

Role Purpose:

To work alongside the Technical and Product Management team to collectively ensure fpp are meeting customer technical requirements, whilst achieving and monitoring quality and compliance targets and requirements.

Key Accountabilities

1. Overall Support of Technical and Product Managers in the technical management and development of key customers and products.
2. To deliver outstanding understanding of quality expectations and performance to the business, growers and packing sites and ensure these expectations are met.
3. Manage and keep up to date all customer and technical team data to include KPI’s, customer technical systems, packaging specifications and approved supplier lists.
4. Support in new product launches & seasonal change planning and implementation.
5. Maintenance of quality improvement plans.
6. Technical ownership and management of a customer and/ or product area.
7. Service provider and grower visits to support with quality management and technical standards.
