Job description

Finance System Processes

• Management of the financial system process

• Ownership of the budgeted costs within the system • Implementation of new financial processes

System Stock Management

• EDI Management (including review and fixing failed Jobs & Allocations)

• Job amendments (as communicated by ISS) • Processing 3rd party stock movements

• Complete weekly stock reviews and write-offs

• Review and amend inbound and packing cubes as required

• Updating pricing cubes with the latest Sales Price for all SKUs

• Review and reconcile stock balances compared to packhouse data and amend local systems

Reporting, Analysis and IT Support

• Responsible for producing all regular weekly financial reporting to the wider business

• Responsible for tracking transport charges and presenting findings to commercial stakeholders

• Support the Management Accountant with: Budget analysis, Forecasting, Commercial analysis, FP&A

• Support the Management Accountant with testing and implementing IT projects

General

• Provide cover and support to other members of the department as required

• Ensure continued self-development by communicating effectively with the line manager

•Adhere to company standards of communication
