At Aquaterra Energy we specialise in providing engineering solutions and equipment to the global offshore energy industry – helping clients drive efficient and sustainable offshore operations from drilling and field development, to decommissioning, carbon capture and storage, renewable, and hydrogen projects.

We are seeking an organised and proactive Warehouse Administrator to join our Operations base in Great Yarmouth on a part time basis, 24 hours per week on a fixed term contract of 14 months.

This is a varied administrative position supporting the effective running of our warehouse and wider Operations function. The successful candidate will assist with procurement, stock administration, transport and travel bookings, record keeping, equipment databases and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out procurement activities for the warehouse facility
  • Booking goods into the warehouse and purchase order system
  • Supporting stock checks and the procurement and issuing of PPE
  • Arranging UK transport bookings for equipment
  • Coordinating travel bookings for employees
  • Arranging waste segregation bookings
  • Supporting the input and maintenance of ESG data
  • Maintaining accurate electronic and hard-copy records
  • Completing scheduled checks of fire alarm systems, first-aid boxes and other relevant equipment
  • Updating the tools and equipment database
  • Answering overflow reception calls
  • Providing general administrative support

About You

You will be a well-organised and dependable administrator who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

You will ideally have:

  • Good grades in English and Maths
  • Experience of working independently and as part of a team in an office environment
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines with minimal supervision
  • The confidence to build effective working relationships with colleagues throughout the business
