Parchment Trust is a local registered charity providing forward-thinking, high-quality day services to people with learning and physical disabilities.
We have an immediate opportunity to join our team in St. Leonards. A position is available for a Cook & Kitchen Lead in the Cooperative department, with guaranteed working hours:
• The role is offered on a permanent basis at 20 hours per week, worked between 9:30 and 1:30, Monday to Friday.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
You will need to possess the following skills:
• Knowledge and experience of running a small semi-commercial kitchen
• Excellent understanding of Food Hygiene standards and related practice
• Ability to maintain our ‘5’ Food Hygiene rating
• Health and Safety knowledge in a kitchen environment
• Be an excellent communicator
• Possession of a full UK driving licence for manual vehicles is preferred
