About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Supply Chain Engineering Manager to join our Operations team. You’ll work closely with the Head of Supply Chain, leading key projects, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring outstanding performance across quality, cost, and delivery. This is a varied, high-impact role where no two days are the same — from overseeing UK production to driving continuous improvement and supporting new product introductions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading supply chain projects and strategic initiatives
- Managing supplier performance, contracts, and negotiations
- Ensuring top-tier quality, cost efficiency, and delivery standards
- Identifying and resolving supply risks before they impact the business
- Supporting product development from prototype through to production
- Driving continuous improvement using Lean / Six Sigma principles
- Managing a small team and collaborating cross-functionally

What We’re Looking For
- Engineering background (electronics preferred)
- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or production environments
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Confidence in supplier management and contract negotiation
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data-driven decision making
- A natural communicator and team player with energy and initiative
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement
- Knowledge of electro-mechanical procurement
- Exposure to global supply chains and overseas suppliers
